When will I receive my shipment?
- Packages typically take 7-14 days to arrive for US residents.
- *Please note that weather issues such as storms, blizzards etc can affect delivery times. Such events are out of our control and may effect delivery speed. Updates on emergency events and delivery delays can be viewed on the carriers website.
Can I cancel my shipment?
- Packages cannot be cancelled once they are in transit. Packages can only be cancelled if a shipping label has not been created yet.
